Monthly Stays for Military Families and Temporary Housing
Moving to Wright-Patterson on PCS orders, here for an extended TDY, or out of your home while an insurance claim is repaired? Bingo! Brick Ranch is available for stays of 30 nights or more, so you can settle into a real home instead of a hotel room.
Monthly Rate
$3,400 for 30 nights, utilities included. Utilities are included up to $250 a month, and any usage above that is billed at cost. Longer stays are welcome. Contact me for a quote with your exact dates, including any taxes and fees.

The monthly rate applies to stays of 30 nights or more.
No pets, with no exceptions.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
