Bingo! Brick Ranch is a family-friendly Dayton vacation rental and furnished home near Beavercreek, WPAFB, the USAFM, & Creekside Trail for biking. Features two bedrooms with king beds, a third with a full bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a game room with pool table.
Enjoy a game of Bingo for a fun change of pace. The lower level offers a pool table, board games, a super-sized theater wall, and a full bath with a shower. It also has a sofa for sleeping and a fold-away cot with a 3″ mattress, and the main level living room sofa adds one more sleeping spot, with linens provided for both sofas. This area is fully usable but a bit of a work in progress, with some drywall finishing and flooring due to be completed in the coming months.
Outside, the fenced-in backyard has patio seating and cornhole. The home backs up to athletic fields used by a local school during the day and for sports events. When school is not in session, guests are welcome to enjoy the fields and the playground. Off-street parking is included, plus an extra parking pad that can fit an RV or trailer (parking only, no hookups).
The location keeps you close to everything Dayton has to offer, including UD Arena, the Nutter Center, downtown Dayton, and John Ankeney Soccer Complex, all about 15 minutes away.
The space
Welcome to this comfortable brick ranch, set up to give you a home base while you are in the Dayton area. The house offers all the comforts of home with open living spaces and everything you need to settle in for your stay of any length.
From here you are conveniently located to Wright Patterson Air Force Base, the National Museum of the United States Air Force, UD Arena, the Nutter Center, John Ankeney Soccer Complex, and downtown Dayton. Dayton International Airport is typically about twenty to twenty five minutes away.
If you enjoy the outdoors, Eastwood Lake MetroPark is very close by, and access to the region’s paved bike trail system is about a mile away. Dayton is known for having one of the most extensive paved trail networks in the country, and the Creekside Trail behind the nearby Kroger connects into that larger system.
On the main level you will find three bedrooms, including two with king beds and a third with a full size bed, along with a full bathroom with a tub and shower, living room, and dining area. The space is comfortable and easy to live in during your stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, small appliances, and both durable kid and patio friendly dishes along with a full set of stoneware bowls and plates. You will have what you need to prepare anything from simple breakfasts to full meals. The refrigerator is apartment size and works well for most stays. A Kroger Marketplace is within eyesight of the home, making quick grocery runs very convenient, and grocery and meal delivery options are widely available in the area.
