If you enjoy the outdoors, Eastwood Lake MetroPark is very close by, and access to the region’s paved bike trail system is about a mile away. Dayton is known for having one of the most extensive paved trail networks in the country, and the Creekside Trail behind the nearby Kroger connects into that larger system.

Guests will have exclusive use of the entire home during their stay, including all living spaces on both the main level and the finished lower level.
This includes the bedrooms, full kitchen, living and dining areas, game room with pool table, dedicated workspace, patio, and fenced backyard. The home offers off-street parking, plus an additional parking pad that may be suitable for an RV or trailer. Parking only—no hookups are available.
High-speed AT&T fiber internet is available throughout the home, along with central air conditioning for year-round comfort. Outdoor spaces, including the patio and backyard, are available for guest enjoyment.
There are no shared spaces. The property is set up for private, comfortable stays.
The property is adjacent to athletic fields where youth football and soccer games, as well as occasional outdoor school activities may take place during the school year. On some weekends in the spring and fall, typically during daytime hours. When not in use by the school, guests may enjoy the proximity to open play fields and a nearby playground. Please do not access this space while school is in session.
